WARRANTY

We provide a limited, non-transferable warranty for our products when used in accordance with our terms:

• 2 years for defects in component parts, electronic components, and wearable items.
• 12 months for defects in consumables, including cables and accessories.

This warranty starts from the date the product is delivered to you.

If you need to make a claim under this warranty, we offer the following options:

• Replacement of the defective part or an equivalent part.
• Repair of the defective part.
• Payment of the costs for replacing the defective part or acquiring equivalent parts.
• Payment of the cost of having the defective part repaired.

This warranty applies only to products that meet the following criteria:

• They are used solely by consumers in a home environment and not for any commercial purposes.
• They are in the possession of the original purchaser with proof of purchase, or, for items intended as gifts, they are associated with the original Unitop App user account.
• They are sold and used within the Unitop Official.

Please note that this warranty does not cover:

• Items used in commercial settings like gyms, corporate wellness centers, multi-resident housing, hospitality, or personal training studios.
• Cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents.
• Damage caused by unauthorized third-party components or products.
• Damage due to accidents, misuse, or neglect, fire, liquid contact, or other external factors.
• Intentional damage.
• Operation of the item contrary to our terms and guidelines.
• Damage caused by unauthorized servicing.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Costs for labor, parts, repairs, or replacement outside Unitop Official.
• Items sold and used outside Unitop Official.

If we fail to meet any consumer guarantee or warranty required by local law that cannot be excluded concerning our products, we will, at our discretion:

• Replace the products or supply equivalent products.
• Repair the products.
• Pay the costs of replacing the products or acquiring equivalent products.
• Pay the cost of having the products repaired.

This limited warranty modifies and supersedes any implied warranty specified by law. All other guarantees or warranties, whether express or implied, are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. Some states may not allow such exclusions or limitations of damages, which means these limitations might not apply to you. However, our limited warranty provides you with legal rights that may apply in addition to or exclusion of any other rights you may have under state law.

Initiating a Warranty Claim:

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact service@unitopfitness.com and specify that you are making a warranty claim under the “Home Use Limited Warranty.”

For Other Jurisdictions:

If you are not covered by local law, our liability to you for failing to meet any guarantees or warranties related to our products is limited to one or more of the following options, depending on the applicable jurisdiction’s laws:

• Replacement of the products or supply of equivalent products.
• Repair of the products.
• Payment of the costs of replacing the products or acquiring equivalent products.
• Payment of the cost of having the products repaired.
